NOTICE

Every room has an occupancy limit of 2 people, and 3 people if added with an extra bed. If there are accompanying children, the maximum occupancy is two children. Should you need an extra bed, please make reservation in advance by phone. Otherwise, an addition charge is imposed per person depending on the age of the child or on the extra bed. (the available room types that can be added with an extra bed are: K DELUXE ROOM. Extra bed is sofa bed 170cm x 85cm).
Children's fees are as follows:
- The child under 7 years is without bed and free(without amenity). The maximum number of children in a room is 2.
- The child between 7 to 11 years is charged NTD800 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast). Please present a valid identification document.
- The child over 12 years is charged NTD 1,500 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast).It’s depends the situation to change the room that can add an extra bed. The maximum number of children in a room is 1.
The official check-in time is at 3 pm, check-out time is at 12 noon.
All reservations will be held until 6 pm, unless further arrival information is provided.
All the room rates include the Tax.
Major credit cards like VISA, MASTER, JCB, AE,APPLE PAY、SAMSUNG PAY or UnionPay are accepted.
The hotel reserves the right to readjust all the rates without a prior notice
No pets allowed.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation on date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 1 day of arrival, 80% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 2-3 days of arrival, 70% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 4-6 days of arrival, 60% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 7-9 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 10-13 days of arrival, 30% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival, full deposit will be refunded.
