NOTICE

Every room has an occupancy limit of 2 people, and 3 people if added with an extra bed. If there are accompanying children, the maximum occupancy is two children. Should you need an extra bed, please make reservation in advance by phone. Otherwise, an addition charge is imposed per person depending on the age of the child or on the extra bed. (the available room types that can be added with an extra bed is: Executive Room. Extra bed is sofa bed 80cm x 175cm).
Children's fees are as follows:
- The child under 7 years is without bed and free(without amenity). The maximum number of children in a room is 2.
- The child between 7 to 11 years is charged NTD 700 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast). Please present a valid identification document.
- The child over 12 years is charged NTD 1200 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast).It’s depends the situation to change the room that can add an extra bed. The maximum number of children in a room is 1.
Check-in time from PM 15：00, check-out at PM 12：00.
All reservations keep until PM 18：00, unless further arrival information is provided.
All the room rates include the Tax.
Major credit cards like VISA, MASTER, JCB, AE, APPLE PAY, SAMSUNG PAY , LINE PAY or UnionPay are accepted.
The hotel reserves the rights of readjust all the rates without a prior notice.
No pets allowed.
Mechanical type parking garage.
Smoking is prohibited in hotel.
Cancel Reservation:
- Cancelations made 14 days prior to the date of arrival could hold the reservation for three months , or return full deposit.
- Cancelations made 10-13 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% deposit charge.
- Cancelations made 7-9 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% deposit charge.
- Cancelations made 4-6 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 60% deposit charge.
- Cancelations made 2-3 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 70% deposit charge.
- Cancelations made 1 day prior to the date of arrival will incur an 80% deposit charge.
- Cancelations made the date of arrival will incur a 100% deposit charge.
- If the rate above is changed, please follow the latest regulations in Standard Contract announced by Tourism Bureau.
